If planning permission is needed, they will gather all the relevant details required for the application.
Planning & Building Regs
Your dedicated surveyor will complete your planning application form and submit this, along with all necessary documents, to your local council for approval.
It can take up to 8 weeks to receive NCS approval and up to 10 weeks for Full Householder Planning Permission. But as always, these timeframes vary and are processed on a case-by-case basis.
Schedule of Works
Yorkshire Windows will provide a detailed schedule of works for your project and coordinate all the builders and fitting teams on your behalf.
Before any work begins, we’ll confirm the arrangements with you regarding access to power, water, and general access to and from your property.
Building & Installation
A detailed schedule of works for your project will be provided and the building team will talk through brick matching with you before any work begins.
Throughout the process, Yorkshire Windows will oversee all the tradespeople involved in your project, so you can relax knowing that everything is being handled professionally and efficiently.
Finishing
Once the work is complete, we’ll make sure you’re fully satisfied with the results and address any final snagging issues.
